Registration process for all attendants/participants/students:

Step 1. Creating users in the registration platform Bubela.

All attendants/participants (even accompanying visitors that will join the conference dinner) need to register on another platform: Bubela, our University conference-registration platform (EasyChair, the other platform you may have already registered in, was used exclusively for abstract submission and reviewing).

To create a username on Bubela:

  1. Click on
  2. type your (First) Name and Surname
  3. select as Document type ‘Identity card or Passport’ and type your Document (i.e. Identity-card/Passport) number
  4. select Nationality
  5. select Gender
  6. type E-mail address
  7. suggest your Username (4-to- 15 characters)
  8. type your Password for this platform

Now you have a user on Bubela.

Step 2Registration.

  1. Sign in Bubela again:
  2. Visit the conference page on Bubela:
  3. Click on Register:

  1. You will have to provide additional information about your institution, attendance days, attendance to reception and conference dinner, etc.
  2. Registration fees. Select one of these options:
    • Participant with oral presentation: 100€ [This includes coffee-breaks] 
    • Participant without oral presentation: 50€ [This includes coffee-breaks]
    • Student without oral presentation: 40€ [IMPORTANT- please, e-mail attaching proof that you are student together with the receipt of the bank transfer] 
  3. Click on OK. You will get the message “If you continue, a card transaction amounting to xxx€ will be generated”.
  4. Independently of whether you will pay by credit card or by bank transfer, click on CONTINUE, so that the registration process can be completed.
  5. Now the options are:
  1. Now
    • Click on PAYMENT BY CARD if you want to pay by credit card, Bizum or GooglePay (preferred option for us), type Card owner’s name and select Pay. Then you will leave the Bubela platform and will connect to our bank’s (Abanca) payment gateway.
    • Click on CANCEL ENROLMENT if you do NOT want to pay by credit card, Bizum or GooglePay but by bank transfer (dispreferred option for us). Only if you cannot pay with your credit card, Bizum or GooglePay, you can transfer the fees to our bank.
